Today's Experiences:

Never before have I been able to use the term " heady" to describe the smell of flowers.  Towering magnolias, cereal bowl roses, and vaulting honey suckles.  Promptly followed by the cat urine smell of junipers.

Being able to relate to "5 miles uphill... both ways"

Where does one start!!!!

Friday night was great!  Wacky_Chick gave hubby and I the most WONDERFUL gift!   She baby sat our kids!!!  Why?  Because she also gave us tickets to go see Sugarland at the Saddledome.   ( Barely contains squeal)  NOW, I didn't tell hubby!  It is so seldom i can surprise him with out-ings and Dates that I love the thrill of ( Read more... )

 A friend asked how the road trip was at the end of the class.  It was the last step in the 18 hour instruction.  For an hour and a half the whole class hit the streets of Calgary and road out in the big scary world in the traffic.   We were assigned a position in the " pack" and what bike we rode based on our skills demonstrated in the class.  ( Read more... )

* Victory Dance!*

I watched a horror movie!!! A predictable, run of the mill, ghosts teling you to " GET OUT" horror movie! I poked fun at it. Jumped a couple of times at the BOO moments and then came home and slept " like the dead. " ( EVIL GRIN)
